A studio apartment located in Building II of the Novelty complex. This complex is in the middle of the Jaume I Promenade, overlooking the Llevant Beach. This is the most emblematic area of Salou to take a relaxing stroll along the shores of the Mediterranean and enjoy the café terraces, restaurants and boutiques.
The entrance to the Novelty II building is at No. 11 Berlín Street. There is a spacious lobby from which you have access to the swimming pools (for adults and children) and the solarium. Two lifts provide access to all six floors.
There are open air swimming pools for adults and children in a private enclosure with a spacious sunbathing area and a lifeguard on duty during the summer season.
The studio apartment has a floor space of 30 square metres comprising a lounge/bedroom, a full bathroom and a balcony-terrace overlooking Major Street.
The lounge/bedroom has 2 single beds, a television and a kitchen area with two electric hobs, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator and a washing machine, as well as crockery, kitchen utensils and an iron and ironing board. The apartment is also provided with bed linen, towels, a tablecloth and serviettes.
You’ll find all types of services within walking distance of the complex: public transport, leisure facilities, a market, healthcare and much more.
