In Major Street, in a centrally located but quiet residential area, the Cerdeña Apartments are just 100 metres from the Jaume I Promenade with its emblematic statue and the Llevant Beach, in the heart of Salou.
The main attraction of this spacious apartment is its balcony-terrace with unbeatable views. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been refurbished. The building is in a private complex and has two lifts going up to the fifth floor. In the immediate area you’ll find all the services and facilities you’ll need during your stay: public transport, supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, boutiques, a church, a florist’s and much more. All this plus the tranquillity you’re looking for in a relaxing holiday.
The reception for our guests staying at the Cerdeña Apartments is just a short distance away in the Novelty II Apartments at No. 11 Berlín Street, Premises 1. There you’ll be able to hire safety deposit boxes, travel cots, parking spaces, etc.
The apartment is provided with bed linen, towels, a tablecloth and serviettes.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds; both have access to a glazed, south-facing balcony-terrace. The third bedroom has a truckle bed for two persons and access to the northeast-facing balcony-terrace. Adjoining the bedroom area are the two refurbished bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bath. The separate kitchen, which has also been refurbished, has all the comforts and conveniences you’d expect to find in your own home: a four-hob cooker, oven, combi refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, an Italian coffee maker, crockery and cookware. The spacious lounge-dining room, also which opens onto the balcony-terrace, is separated from the rest of the rooms in the apartment, meaning you can enjoy it without disturbing the other occupants. It has a television, sofa, armchairs and a large dining table.
Salou and its surrounding area offer a wide variety of day- and night-time leisure activities. You can take a magnificent seaside walk from the Cap Salou lighthouse to the far end of Cambrils, skirting the whole of the Gulf of Sant Jordi. Enjoy spacious beaches of fine, golden sand or small quiet coves and or take a yacht or catamaran trip. Choose from a wide selection of Mediterranean gastronomy and the wines and cavas of the region. And let’s not forget the water parks and PortAventura theme park, just a fifteen-minute walk away.
The Costa Daurada offers us its magnificent culture: the Roman past from Tarraco to Roda de Berà, Modernist architecture in the birthplace of the incomparable Antoni Gaudí, the traditional castellsor human towers, the King James I Festival in Salou and a wide range of concert seasons and performances throughout the year. One of the highlights of the summer is the festival of 15 August with a fantastic firework display as a finale to Salou’s “Golden Nights”.
